Tier 1 – Landscape Options - Free Call
We invite you to e-mail Imagine Landscape Design with a description of your proposed landscape project, together with site photos and perhaps a sketch of your ideas.
Imagine Landscape Design will then contact you to arrange a time to call to discuss your ideas for your dream project (up to 45 minutes).
Tier 2 – Onsite Consultation - $300
With our Tier 2 service, you’ll enjoy up to one hour onsite with an Imagine Landscape Design expert. This is your chance to walk through your ideas together and explore practical options for your space.
During the consultation, we’ll:
Chat about layout possibilities and potential structures such as retaining walls or decks
Share helpful guidance on council approval requirements for these types of projects
Explore product choices and planting themes that suit your style and site conditions
This stage is all about assessing your site, listening to your vision, and building on your concepts. Please note, no formal plans are provided at this stage—it’s a collaborative session designed to shape your ideas into something exciting and achievable.
Tier 3 – Onsite Consultation + Comprehensive Landscape Plan
How it works
Step 1: OnSite Consultation We’ll start the design process with the onsite design consultation. $300
Step 2: Site Plan You’ll provide a site plan showing your home, boundaries, and contours. If you don’t already have one, we can arrange for our trusted surveyor to prepare it for you—this can be discussed during the consultation.
Step 3: Design Proposal Following the consultation, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal for your new garden design and present it to you.
Step 4: Your Decision You’ll have time to consider whether you’d like to move forward with the design.
Step 5: Creative Design Process If you proceed, we’ll begin crafting a unique landscape design that brings your ideas to life.
What We’ll Do
Explore your landscaping needs and preferences
Suggest suitable products and materials
Share layout and design concepts
Conduct a thorough visual assessment of site conditions
Identify if engineering, surveying, or development consent is required
Provide a digital Landscape Concept Plan with plant schedule (suitable for development applications)
Include one revision to the Concept Plan, if needed
Deliver a detailed written construction quote based on the final design
What it costs
Landscape Design prices vary depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll have a much better idea after completing a Site Consultation. The consultation fee you’ve already paid will be applied when we calculate the price of your landscape design
